There’s a common misperception that Bordeaux and Soleil are essentially synonymous. And while they do share a geographic location, the homes are actually quite different inside.
Soleil was offered after the completion of Bordeaux and featured three different floor plans. The Plan 1 Soleil is actually smaller than Bordeaux’s and all Soleil homes feature 3-car garages, while at Bordeaux that was an option. The Soleil homes also included a few more upgrades and features as standard and in many cases (because of Soleil is on the outer part of the development) have larger lots.
The sales office transferred the final home in 2006 and the community is now 100% built-out. Current resale homes in Soleil range in price from approximately $950,000 to over $1.1 Million.
